Rollback[]
These users are able to revert vandalism with about two clicks. Ordinary users take rather more, but take less time to deal with one case of vandalism than to ask someone to "rollback".
Administrator[]
These users (commonly called "sysops") are able to delete and protect pages along with blocking users.
Bureaucrat[]
These users are able to grant adminship, and grant and remove rollback privileges.
